Greystone Mansion

eco Construction was contracted for the historic upgrade and conversion of Greystone Mansion's Old Firehouse Building into an ADA compliant restroom as well as tying in the parking lot to the building facilities to support the many large functions hosted there.  Major scope included demolition of the existing tiered floor, grade beam installation to support new HSS columns, poured in place walls in the hillside for new handicap ramps throughout, poured new floor for bathroom interior and removal, regrading, new subslab base and setting of historic flagstone for ADA grade with smooth set stones to match existing.
